I made my payment, but I can't see my credit

Any credits should reflect instantly on your app or at your Cappiri web account once the payment transaction is completed and confirmed. Also check for an email confirmation or your purchase history for the payment method you used (PayPal, Credit card, Google Play, iTunes and so on). If you do not have a confirmation message, then your transaction did not complete.

How do you find the cost of your call?

Every call has a different price depending on where you are calling to. The cost of every call is available at your Cappiri web account.

Only the person who makes the call will be charged, the recipient will receive a regular phone call and hence no charge for recipient.

Why do you need an email address at the time of registration?

The email address associated with your Cappiri account is used for:

Payment Confirmation – When you buy Cappiri call credits, your payment confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Low Balance Alert - The low balance alert is a useful reminder for when your call credits drops below a certain level (when you may not have sufficient credit to make your next call).

Password Reset - If you lose your password and you can’t log in to your account. You then click on the “forgot password" link, and it sends a temporary password code to the email address associated with your account.
